Free coffee and tea in my room was awesome and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is key, it's close to everything. The convenience store is only a block away. the complementary breakfast was really big and kept me going for hours.
The shower was not good and leaked all over the floor. The room was very small and cramped and I felt like I didn't have any space to move around.

The room was beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities, such as a mini-fridge and a TV with international channels. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to popular tourist spots and attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.
There were a few downsides to our experience. the room had a mosquito problem, which made it quite uncomfortable, especially at night.

The hotel is located in the center of a touristy area, with easy access to temples and Kan San Road. The room was spotless and the bed was comfy. The staff was lovely and prompt with their service.
The noise from the air conditioning units was incredibly loud and made it hard to sleep, as mentioned in some reviews.

Spent my Christmas break at a hotel in the heart of Bangkok. What I loved about the room was the comfy bed and the cleanliness. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home. the hotel has a strategic location near different shops and restaurants, making it easy to hop out for a quick bite or some shopping.
One of the downsides was the distance to a few attractions which required a bit of commuting. the breakfast wasn't served warm enough, which made the overall experience not as enjoyable.

As a budget traveler, I loved the great value for money at this hotel. The room was spotless and had a 42 inch TV, making up for the lack of window. The staff, from the receptionist to the maids, were excellent. The owner being present was a delightful bonus. The hotel's location was perfect for walking to bars and restaurants.
Felt exceptional, no complaints at all.
